Nebula Dynamics is pioneering the technological advancements required for the year 2026. We are looking for a visionary 2026 Future Tech Lead to steer our R&D initiatives and bridge the gap between today's capabilities and tomorrow's breakthroughs.
In this role, you will define the architectural vision for our next-generation platforms, focusing on AI integration, quantum interfaces, and sustainable energy tech. You will work directly with C-suite executives to translate market trends into actionable product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technological roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists.
- Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Quantum) and evaluate their feasibility.
- Ensure scalability and security of the 2026 tech stack.
- Conduct regular technical audits and innovation workshops.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and software architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
