Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Lead Innovation: Scout, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic buy-in.
- Process Optimization: Architect scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce technical debt.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions meet stringent security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), data science, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
