- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Guide R&D investments in disruptive technologies
- Present tech visions to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in future-tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum/IoT innovations
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience leading global R&D teams (>50 engineers)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
