Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems designed to achieve 2026 scalability and efficiency goals.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement state-of-the-art algorithms in production environments.
- Ensure AI solutions are ethically sound, transparent, and compliant with future regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate 2026 vision into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI paradigms, including self-supervised learning and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and data governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
