Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Horizon Dynamics, specifically focusing on 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neural interfaces).
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our business model.
- Ensure all technical strategies align with company goals and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Big Data, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with emerging tech stacks, specifically in AI and Quantum computing concepts.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
