- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology adoption
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to measure strategic impact on business growth
- Present future roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and technology trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
