Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory impacts on emerging technologies and adapt frameworks accordingly
- Develop KPI frameworks to track strategy execution and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS ML) preferred
