Responsibilities

- Develop actionable strategic frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Facilitate C-level workshops translating future insights into operational blueprints
- Author quarterly trend briefs with quantitative/qualitative foresight analysis
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints for prototype development and validation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at global forums on future-focused leadership and ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in tech, policy, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF) or equivalent practical experience
