- Build/manage a specialized innovation team of 8-12 technical specialists
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market disruption vectors
- Partner with product teams to commercialize 2026-ready innovations
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market impact horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in hyper-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry publications
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 tech commercialization case studies
