- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows.
- System Resilience: Develop high-availability systems capable of handling massive scale and ensuring zero downtime.
- Security by Design: Implement cutting-edge security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR) within the architecture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into technical roadmaps.
- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype emerging technologies (Spatial Computing, Quantum-ready databases) to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or DevOps.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- AI Knowledge: Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG architectures is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
