- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 5-year horizon track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, decentralized AI, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
