Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in Fortune 500 environments
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to production
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certifications in ethics-compliant AI development (e.g., TensorFlow, IBM Quantum)
- Prior experience with federal tech grants (SBIR, DARPA) highly valued
