Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning quantum computing, AI, and biotech innovations with market demands
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen sustainable tech solutions targeting 2030 sustainability targets
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy and product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present visionary concepts to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field; or equivalent experience with 10+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record leading large-scale R&D projects in quantum computing, AI, or biotech
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology design principles
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in long-term tech forecasting
- Strong background in venture capital, startup incubation, or corporate innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning from recognized institutions
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Rust) and quantum computing frameworks
