- Partner with C-suite executives to align future tech initiatives with business strategy
- Drive $5M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging technology domains
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and conference keynotes
- Develop talent pipeline for next-gen tech roles through university partnerships and upskilling programs
- Oversee technology due diligence for strategic acquisitions and partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience building and scaling global innovation teams (100+ personnel)
- Portfolio of patents or published research in top-tier journals
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethical AI, AWS Quantum)
