- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with measurable ROI targets

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects to production
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech trends
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional public speaking and stakeholder management skills
