Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms tailored for the 2026 data ecosystem.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models to drive product innovation.
- Optimization: Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability, speed, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical growth and best practices.
- Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of model deployment using containerization and cloud-native technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive actionable insights from data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
