- Secure $5M+ annual funding through compelling stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Drive innovation through patent development (target: 3+ annually) and industry conference leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $3M with 95%+ project delivery success rate
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong patent portfolio (5+ granted) or equivalent innovation credentials
- Fluency in future-focused development methodologies (e.g., anticipatory design thinking)
