Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product architectures and service models
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present compelling technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) highly valued
