Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and immersive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
