Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability targets and market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-secure cryptography and ambient AI systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into enterprise architecture
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Secure $15M+ annual funding for experimental projects through investor relations
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and singularity preparedness
- Oversee patent portfolios for 200+ emerging technology assets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech portfolios beyond $500M valuation
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants for long-term R&D initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM)
