Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to develop 5-8 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional scenario-planning initiatives for board-level stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models using AI-driven analytics
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Develop innovative methodologies for quantifying long-term uncertainty
- Present strategic recommendations at international conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic foresight projects
