Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Design and implement future-proof business models and ecosystem partnerships
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embrace agile futures thinking
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends impacting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across diverse markets
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex trends into actionable strategies
- Portfolio showcasing future-proofing projects for Fortune 500 clients
