Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and position us as industry leaders in the next technological revolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product lines and service innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen solutions with R&D and product teams
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term innovation strategy
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive players
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or futures studies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 R&D teams or venture capital
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
