As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and global research partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, society, and commerce. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational agility in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Produce annual '2026 Vision Reports' with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and planning cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
