Responsibilities

- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Design and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' synthesizing key predictions and recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and climate adaptation strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends in reputable journals or platforms
- Experience working with global clients across diverse industries and cultures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
