- Pioneer industry-first pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling with advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Python)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
