Responsibilities
- Forecast technological trends and market disruptions through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present trend analyses to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership on future tech implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futurism, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D innovation
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
