Responsibilities
- Architect quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Simulate quantum phenomena at scale using high-performance computing clusters
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Present findings to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing venues
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and parallel computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
