- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging paradigms and threats
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders on future scenarios
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year product roadmaps
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic narrative development skills
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
