Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design and validate future-state business models and customer experiences
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs
- Partner with academic institutions and think tanks for research collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and sociotechnical systems
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
