Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot company servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement security protocols and system improvements.
- Conduct daily system health checks to ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to attend walk-in interviews at our San Jose location.
