You'll partner with C-suite executives to build innovation roadmaps that anticipate market shifts and position our organization as an industry pioneer.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging domains: quantum computing applications, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on strategic innovation priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Prototyping' initiatives for 2026 product visions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotechnology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA with innovation focus
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and executive communication
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight insights
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS)
