- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive stakeholders and industry publications
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and incubate next-gen startups
- Design foresight methodologies to anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts
- Present at global innovation summits and represent Horizon as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published author in innovation journals or major tech publications
