Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in emerging domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for future-tech incubation
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid iteration of next-generation concepts
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capacity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, incubators, think tanks)
- Proficiency in data-driven innovation tools (e.g., patent analytics, trend mapping)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
