Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Analyze global trends, patents, and academic breakthroughs to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an experimental innovation culture
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-focused business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (preferred)
