- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investors securing $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor 10+ researchers through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology (top-tier conferences)
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+ awarded)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape trends and regulatory landscapes
