Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 strategic period.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructures.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define product roadmaps driven by technical feasibility.
- Drive innovation sprints and mentor a high-performance engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Architecture, or Strategic Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and complex system integrations.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.
