Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and decentralized AI systems

- Curate strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global innovation accelerators

Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrated expertise

- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, TrendMapper Pro)

- Certified in Strategic Foresight Professional (SFP) or equivalent
