- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate engineering)
- Mentor future-focused talent across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership with proven impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading global cross-disciplinary teams across 5+ continents
