- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centric design principles
- Deliver executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and organizational resilience
- Produce trend briefings and strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, podcasts, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures concepts into executable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies applied to real-world business challenges
