Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum, AI, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
