Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead moonshot project incubation across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor innovation specialists in futures thinking methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation funding
