- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership on 2026 technology-human integration paradigms
- Monitor emerging tech signals via proprietary horizon scanning systems
- Build innovation pipelines with 3-5 year development horizons
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impacts
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on future scenarios
- MBA or relevant advanced degree required
