Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces)
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into technical specifications and development priorities
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision-making
- Executive-level communication with ability to inspire stakeholders across disciplines
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
