Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and investors, securing resources for breakthrough initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D with future market needs
- Author whitepapers on emerging technologies for industry thought leadership
- Advose on ethical frameworks for advanced automation and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry forums
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping preferred
