Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging opportunities and risks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, CFTE) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation strategies
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
