Responsibilities

- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for 2026-disruptive products
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence points (AI+biotech+quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
