- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision
- Curate and host foresight workshops with global thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Author whitepapers on emerging technologies' societal and economic impacts
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning with UN 2030 goals and circular economy principles
- Mentor junior innovators through Horizon Labs' Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with future-focused methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in innovation or futurism journals/conferences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from foresight.org) strongly preferred
