- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market disruptions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and frontier tech startups
- Design and implement future-proofing roadmaps for core business units
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 societal and economic trends
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator fund for high-potential ventures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
