You'll leverage cutting-edge analytical frameworks and human-centered design principles to translate future scenarios into tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present trend briefings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and disruption
- Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and R&D partnerships
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
